1. Provider of Services

The tour guide services are provided by Nikola Abudová, Czech Republic (business number: 05672490), Kundratice 29, Sviny, 39181, tel. +420 728 885 717 – an independent local tour guide specializing in private and authentic travel experiences.

2. Scope of Services

I provide private guiding services only. My services include local guiding, customized itineraries, recommendations, and assistance during your visit to the Czech Republic.

I do not provide package tours, accommodation, transportation services, or travel arrangements as a travel agency or tour operator.

3. Accommodation and Transportation

If you request additional services such as accommodation, private transportation, or other travel arrangements, these services will be organized separately through an official Czech travel agency or licensed providers.

You will receive proper documentation and invoices directly related to these services.

4. Customized Tours

Each tour can be tailored according to your interests, preferred pace, available time, and personal wishes. The final itinerary and scope of services will always be agreed upon before the tour takes place.

5. Booking and Payment

A tour reservation is confirmed after mutual agreement on the date, itinerary, and price.

Payment details and cancellation conditions will be provided before the tour confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the specific tour and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Responsibility

I always do my best to provide a safe, enjoyable, and authentic experience. However, I am not responsible for circumstances beyond my control, such as weather conditions, delays, closures of attractions, or changes caused by third-party providers.
